The kallbadhus is the sauna of Malmö. Split up in men's and women's section the sauna (swedish "bastu") is a place to relax. Located at the beach near the westharbour the sauna is built on a plattform on the sea. The typical procedure follows these steps:
- joining the group of nude people of your sex
- weigh yourself with the old-school scale (because maybe you want to check how much weight you've lost afterwards)
- go in one of the two saunas with different temperatures and beautiful view out on the sea.
- come out after ca. 15 min. and jump into the sea
- shower and relax while drinking beer and reading newspaper
- continue with step 3.

Besides this very scandinavian habit, Kallbadhuset also is well known for the nice variety of coffee and the good quality of the hot chocolate.
